Our service uses Google analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of our actions and advertising campaigns. In order to measure their effectiveness we use cookie files, placed on a user’s computer after clicking or viewing an ad. They don’t contain personal data or contact information. Detailed information regarding the methods of using information gathered by Google using cookie files is available at Google Privacy Centre.
There’s a possibility to opt out of tracking this information by blocking (turning off) cookie files in the user’s computer settings. However, turning off cookie files can impact the correctness and/or quality of some Internet services. In particular, some Internet services can stop working, and this is why we don’t recommend turning off cookie files. To turn off cookie files anyway, the settings of the browser must be changed so that it doesn’t accept these files or notifies the user of their being sent.
Third parties (external providers), including Google, can display advertisements published by Adequate in Internet portals that provide advertising space. These providers, including Google, can use cookie files to display advertisements based on a given user’s previous visits to the website www.adequate.pl, or other sites connected to Adequate. It’s possible to turn off this option and block these Google cookie files at: Google Privacy Centre.
We would like to assure everyone who provided us with his/her personal data and/or contact information that it is possible to unsubscribe from future commercial information sent by e-mail, telephone calls from us and messages sent by other means of direct communication for marketing purposes, presenting our offers or market and customer satisfaction surveys. If a message received from us does not contain information on the method of unsubscribing from such messages, or if for some reason a subscription cancellation request proves ineffective, please contact us directly by e-mail, indicating the address for direct communication that we should stop using for sending commercial information, and the personal data and the contact information they relate to, as well as any possible relevant circumstances. We will do everything in our power to carry out such requests without delay. We reserve the right to verify if the request originated with the person whose data is indicated in it before making appropriate changes to our databases, by sending a confirming message or requesting telephone confirmation.
